Mothers’ Day Brunch

Celebrate Mothers Day with your family and friends in a World Heritage Site. Enjoy a traditional table service brunch menu in the officers’ dining rooms. Parking is normally available inside Fort Henry beside the dining rooms. Cost is $15 per person (taxes and gratuity are not included) which includes your brunch entree and tea, coffee or a non-alcoholic beverage. Home-made desserts are available for a $5 charge.
Menu: (choose one for table service)
Breakfast Plate: bacon, sausage, fried eggs, toast, home-fried potatoes & fresh fruit.
French toast stuffed with brie, bacon & cranberries; topped with cranberry sauce & crumbled bacon, table syrup & served with fresh fruit.
Lamb & pork shepherd’s pie topped with sweet potatoes & served with a diced cucumber salad with mint
Chicken Curry: chicken pieces fricasseed in a gentle curry sauce served on a bed of basmati rice & garnished with a pappadom.
Stuffed roast of pork, mashed potatoes & apple-cider gravy.
Salmon Napoleon: A baked salmon fillet in a stack with grilled eggplant, peppers & a rice cake; drizzled with a Hollandaise sauce.
VEGAN stuffed pepper with mashed potatoes & a tomato picalilli sauce.
Child’s Plate: fried chicken fingers with French fried potatoes, vegetable sticks & dipping sauces
Note: A facility rental surcharge of $1.50 per guest will be charged to your group
