On Monday, April 8, Kingston will experience a total eclipse of the sun in mid-afternoon. This is an event which would happen approximately every 375 years! As the moon blocks the light of the sun the 435 kilometer wide track will follow across Mexico into the United States and across southern Ontario then into Atlantic Canada. The total eclipse is a truly spiritual experience and is best shared with friends and your community. Renaissance Supper Club will be hosting an “Eclipse” brunch buffet on Monday, June 8, beginning at 12 p.m. and going until 4:30. Join us for a unique, once-in-a-lifetime, celestial event.
Program:
12:00: arrival with cash bar service and feature “Eclipse” cocktails and bottomless mimosas;
12:30: “Eclipse” themed buffet brunch;
2:15: view the eclipse from our south patio with the aid of eclipse-guard glasses (provided)
4:30: cash bar open until 4:30
